We do not treat the exterior as a collection of unrelated repairs.
When a homeowner calls about a roof leak, siding wear, gutter overflow, or failing trim, the visible problem is only the starting point. Our job is to understand how water is moving, where materials are aging, and which details need to work together so the home is protected as a system.
That means we care about rooflines, flashing, ventilation, siding transitions, fascia, soffits, window trim, gutters, and cleanup. Good exterior work should be quiet when it is finished: no nagging leaks, no sloppy edges, no surprises hidden under the next storm.
